    Descriere: Plugin to let dead people read what alive people say
    or to let dead and alive people chat with eachother.
    You can also make only HLTV read chat of the living.
    Plugin can be disabled from any console by an admin.

    Few silly features added to the c4.

    Plantable on wall - Why not! Only if your cl0se enough to a wall though

    Defusion Numbers - This will show random numbers on your screen while defusing.

    Remove speed restrictions - Allows you to plant or defuse while running around.

    Descriere: este un plugin facut de mine care pune un model la vip personalizat la ambele echipe

    Instalare: plugin-ul se instaleaza in felul urmator puneti sursa .sma in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/scripting

    plugin-ul vip_skin.amxx in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/plugins

    dupa ca sa il activati treceti in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini

    dupa ce ati facut toate cele de mai sus va duceti in cstrike/models/player si creati 2 fisiere cu urmatoarele vip_ct si vip_t si dupa puneti modelele cu actlas nume ca la fisiere dar cu extensia .mdl
